The Open U.P. is back! The long awaited sequel to the legendary bike that set the bench mark in gravel cycling.
The all new U.P. 2.0 shows the brand's evolution maintaining a purist's focus on agility and comfort over any terrain, but with new aerodynamic features where they matter and do not interfere. It's also incredibly light at just 870 grams (medium) for a gravel bike that happily takes 46mm tires.
You have a choice of an Aero or Adventure fork set up, depending on the type of riding performance you're focused on.
U-Turn Aero: The fastest option, optimized for aerodynamics. This means the blades are fully aero, the brake caliper is integrated and there are no cargo rivnuts or other details to disturb the airflow.
U-Turn Adventure: A more comfort focused fork, with shallower, more compliant blades. This fork is compatible with standard cargo cages.
It features future proof and worry free design details such as the new universal UDH hanger, a T47 threaded bottom bracket and internal routing with easy cockpit adjustments for more riding and less wrenching.
The new U.P. is available in Fern Green (in stock), Light Grey (end of Sept) and Orange (October) as well as 'Raw Carbon' which is ready-to-paint in any colour combo of your choosing for a truly personal frame. Painting we arrange through Open for a charge of between €700 - €1,000 depending on your design idea.
The frameset includes frame, fork, seatpost and an integrated one-piece but adjustable bar/stem which we will contact you to discuss to ensure the perfect fit. Compatible with all the usual 1 x electronic gravel groupsets.
